Using the forum. By registering on this forum, you agree to use it properly, and to refrain from posting any content that is aggressive, offensive, defamatory, hateful, or in violation of applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to post messages inciting or evoking illegal practices, or violating the terms of use of the service.

The moderators and administrators of this forum will do their best to delete or edit any reprehensible messages that may be posted on the forum. You acknowledge that all messages posted on this forum express the opinion of their respective authors, and do not necessarily reflect the position of the moderators and administrators.

In order to ensure the moderation of this forum, any message violating the preceding provisions may be edited or deleted without notice by the moderators and administrators of the forum. Any abuse may also be sanctioned by banning or deleting the user account. We reserve the right to inform your access provider and/or the judicial authorities of any malicious behaviour.

1. Acara Games will not accept responsibility for the loss/theft of account(s) made by the members/players etc. Please insure you do not have an easy password that could be easily guessed. 2. Acara Games expects that each player holds one account only. Should the Acara Team find excessive accounts all but one will be deleted and the remaining account will receive a temporary ban for up to 10 days. 3. There is free participation to the game. If the player wishes to access the game, however, any costs incurred due to broadband bills etc are the players responsibility. 4. Choice of Username is expected to be respectable to all members of Acara Games. It may not slander normal members, Acara Team members or any such third parties. Should a username be found offensive, as reported to an Admin by any player, the username may be changed without notice and the player punished. 5. It is the players responsibility to insure that they do not praise/discuss crimes against humanity. It is also extremely important that the player does not praise animal abuse and any mature content containing such imagery will be deleted immediately and the player will be removed from the game completely. 6. The member may not disrupt the functioning of www.acaragames.forumotion.com. The player may not transmit viruses or such features that could, in consequence, disrupt Acara Game's function. 7. It is expected that the player reads the basic rules of etiquette before posting on the forums. These rules may be seen under the 'Welcome' section of the forum. 8. ACARA GAME'S Obligations: - Acara Games has an obligation to keep private any information that may reveal a member's location and/or identity. Please note that Acara Games has access to a members IP Address, Location and email address. None of which will be revealed to any third parties, as is our obligation. 9. It is our right to use a member's Location, IP Address and/or email address in order to eliminate multiple accounts. Multiple Accounts can lead to cheating which is not tolerated. 10. In the event that the player does not follow and obey the rules and GUC (General User's Conditions) it is Acara Game's right to remove the player of the game. 11. Acara Games owns all content created in the game and it is the player's responsibility to insure that that content does not abuse copyright laws etc.
